Without hesitation there are many police Officers who will follow orders given them by the people appointed above them to carry out the law no matter if that order may violate the US Constitution's Bill of Rights! Many of these Officers are referenced as "Cowboys" they are itching to use their Authority against the People, no matter the circumstance, no matter who the people are, innocent or guilty, in accordance with Civil Rights or not, they want to show people they are the Law, that being the one major mistake in anyone's misconception of an officer's duties!
A Law Enforcement Officer is exactly that, an Enforcer of the Written laws of the State and of the Federal Gov't… They are NOT THE LAW as many of them will state and many citizens have been programmed to believe!
The one Major Authorized Group created to Oversee the Law of the Land in the entire US Legal System, is your Local and State Law Enforcement as they do not take the time to assess a situation before acting upon what faces them, they simply react as if they ARE THE LAW, that their actions right or wrong makes no difference and the next biggest problem with such action, Command and Municipal Authorities Automatically Back the decisions taken by the Officer, Right or Wrong! It is stated they are obligated to back their Officers decisions as if they do not it breaks down the Foundation's Authority of Law Enforcement, leaving it vulnerable to attack by the people!
To assert such implications and such actions that Law Enforcement is above reproach and no matter the issue it is Encased in its Own Sole Authority which cannot be challenged by No One and that amkes for an extremely dangerous situation for All.
The Company I worked for 24 years had the same view on authority, when it came to its employees. My Plant Supervisor once told the employees, "I may not always be right, but I'm never wrong" and with that little piece of knowledge, fact are, any decision I make will be backed by the Company no matter the issue or the cost to depose any opposition to its authority over employees.
The two mentioned entities, actually believe they have been given sole rights to make judgments on their own convictions and personal bias, that they cannot be challenged or touched by anyone whatsoever!
Through the years as in decades and centuries there have been numerous cases of corruption within Law Enforcement and in the Conduction of Law Enforcement to the point of the Creating Conspiracies on occasion, leading all the way to top of our Federal Government.
Elected Officials and the duties of their offices have taken on their selves to create a self-appointed set of Rules and Laws for their particular Authority and the Law of the Land, the US Constitution and its Bill of Rights are completely ignored as it not pertaining to them. Thus we have Officials of various depts. of gov't and the heads thereof, which are immune to prosecution for any offense no matter the offense, they created Laws that override the Law of the Land which created for ALL to Abide By!
"No One is above the law"… that is an old joke as far as the Authorities is concerned, but not the People!
The People have to still follow and abide by the written laws as always, but Authority, they are immune after all they are the ones who write the law so they can get away with not abiding by the law!!!
We have become a People governed by the Gov't despite the fact it is the People who put them in the positions they hold. The People have been to lax in keeping abreast as to what the Authorities have been doing in reversing the roles of the Gov't versus the People and now we have a critical situation of the gov't taking measures in converting our US Constitutional Republic into something other than that which our Founding Fathers created with the consensus of the People in having a life of Freedom and Liberty protected from Oppressive Authorities!!!
Our present President is the opposite of everything America stands for! Jr's predecessors have taken the liberty of CHANGE/ing various laws a little at a time as not to be too conspicuous or obvious, whereas Obama Jr. with the backing of the Insiders, the self-appointed Shadow Authority, have blatantly with an open and visible approach, began to complete their plan of converting the nation despite the protests of the Majority People as Jr. and Company no longer fear the People, they have taken for granted the People will sit on their "A" and allow them to destroy that which has been fought for by millions and with over a million sacrificing their lives in order to keep our way of life!
The People have protested once they woke up, and have told Gov't they no longer will continue in the method of governing the nation corruptly under the Laws of the US Constitution.
Jr, Hell, he has his now infamous pose of turning his nose up in defiance of the People. Jr. in his own mind believes he has conquered the USA and now has the sole authority to do as he damned well pleases and our US Congress will not dare to oppose him in fear of the Minorities will revolt in protest of anyone countering the authority of their Brother President. Congress is afraid the Minorities will physically destroy the nation and the authorities will have to stand back and let them do as they please because any actions against the Minorities no matter the situation will constitute Racism by the authorities.
This nation has been handed over to the Minorities, it is no longer a nation of free and equal People, it is rule by the Minorities who only have to say the word Racist and the Law of the Land are thrown out the window and allows them to as they please such as what Jr. is doing right now in totally ignoring the US Constitution, violating it with everything he does and no one from Congress to stop him!!!
The People have indirectly allowed their gov't officials to rule them by having the audacity to believe in those who the people placed their faith and trust in them to do right by the People and abide by the Law of the Land! Now that the People have realized their faith and trust has been deliberately violated, they know now they must set matters right or lose their Freedom all together!
The loyal American Patriots of the US Constitutional Republic now have to decide what they will do or not do in order to regain Proper Authority and restore our Way of Life free of Tyrants and Traitors!!!
Will the decision of the Majority be a Second American Revolution or Return to that which we fought to relieve us of an oppressive rule, Two Hundred Thirty Six Years Ago!!!!!!!!!
