It’s hard to value guns like these. They are sort of worth whatever someone is willing to pay obviously. Often times people ask crazy prices for these limited run models or special run guns that never workout well for them.

The Remington R1 was around a $600.00 pistol, competing with the Ruger 1911. Around 2011, I was looking to purchase a new 1911. I looked at a few pistols. The Kimber and Sig Sauer were my final two choices. You can find used Remington R1 pistols in mint condition for $450 at gun shows.
