I can't speak for the courts of NY, but I know gun stores are selling them. I just bought a uts-15 2 weeks ago and the store had a KSG sitting right next to it. I used the reasoning, if the gun shop is willing to take the risk of selling them, they must know something about the legality of the firearms.

There is one store in particular in Utica that I think many of us know of that is known to sell non NY compliant stuff...

About to have my dealer license and I personally would not sell the UTS-15. My interpretation is that it is a single magazine when the selector is set to alternate between tubes.

Okay--I understand your reasoning re: the UTS-15, as it AUTO-SWITCHES between mags, until it exhausts all 15 rounds.

But could you please comment on the KSG, since the "operator" has to MANUALLY-SWITCH between two "NYS, seven-round-limit-compliant" magazines?

I know for a fact Civil Armory in Pleasant Valley, NY will do the transfer.

It is less than 3 hours from you. Might be worth the drive on a Saturday to get what you want.

Let's help the OP out and post FFL's that we know for a fact will do the transfer. He can drive to the closest one to him.
