I was in the same boat, Glock hater, etc. Bought my first one and put a few hundred rounds through it. Not a bad pistol but I think it's got about a half inch of dust on it at this point... More because I'm a DA/SA guy and less because I'm a true Glock hater.

Good Luck with your new Firearm, May it serve you well. when shooting a block practice trigger reset. pull trigger all the way till firearm fires and then only release trigger a tad till you hear the click and then pull it again. that eliminates all of the trigger stroke so your only moving the trigger slightly.





Everyone likes to trick out there Glocks. Leave them stock and they run perfect. I compete with my sons G17gen 3 and I am in the 4 to 5 thousand range with out a cleaning this season. I just wipe it down. Very little oil or maintenance need to keep them running. Good luck and enjoy

Good choice. Gen 3 G19 was my first, and my only regret is not getting the 23 in .40 and then buying a conversion barrel. They are great pistols, and I personally love the triggers, they are so predictable.

Trick them out and they run more perfect and take pride in the fact that yours beats stock every time and you did it yourself!!!! It"s why Glocks are fun to shoot,just like building your own arrows or reloading you get more involved in your sport ,and that"s always a good thing!!!

when i first got into handguns, i thought the glocks were ugly as sin, and had no interest in one... then i shot one, now they are my favorite handgun. even more so then high dollar sigs, etc...
