"Witnesses described the shooting suspect as a thin, gold-haired black woman, apparently in her late 20s or early 30s, Norris said. They also said the Lexus was sky blue or light green." <------------ WTF IS THIS??? Are they all color blind or something?? WTF???

the people reporting it could be seeing colors differently, or angled, or have different shades of tint on their sunglasses, etc

Just the other day my buddy asked who's purple truck was in the driveway... no one said anything so he asked again. We all went out to the windows and looked -- half of us said maroon, the other half said purple... turns out the "purple' half were in the shade, thus making it look darker than it is.

so i can see how a sky blue could turn to a light green

Car colors can be really deceiving. I had an old Cavalier. Some people called it green, others called it blue. During the night, it looked different than the day too.
