Why does a judge have to sign an amendment to add a new gun??? No background check needed, you already have a permit...this is crazy. Why cann't it be added by the Sheriff's office or the clerks office? This should be something that we should ALL write our Senators and Representatives about. Of all the laws everyone is against I would figure this is the one gun owners would want changed almost as much as not needing a permit to begin with.. The biggest pain in the ass for this .......gun shows. You find a good deal and the games playing starts all over again....weeks and months before you can shoot a gun you spent hard earned money on. I bet if the state did not get it;s sales tax ...till we got our guns out of hock from FFLs or Gun shops things would expedite.

Well at least I see some counties have it right. So easy....the way it should be. With the Syracuse gun show coming....has Wayne Co ever had a way to get an amendment at the show, or is the hard, frustrating and uncompromising way forever?
