Yes. All magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds are illegal regardless of date of possession or manufacture. The only way to legally keep them if the law is not overturned is to permanently fix them to accept no more than 7 rounds.

I know and when you think about that, isn't that one of the things about the law that gets you really angry? So we can shoot targets with 10 rounds, no danger of any nut job turning on his fellow range users right? But we can only use 7 rounds - even for home defense? So more at the range than to save your wife and kids? Insane. I still cannot believe Skelos voted for this!
