I picked up an SWFA 10x for my bull barrel AR. I haven't bought rings yet and wanted to get opinions.

I've only really used cheap rings for hunting scopes in the past but I want to get something better for this. I think Gander has heavy duty (Burris or Barska maybe?) for around $40.

I know there are rings upwards of the 200$ range but i'm looking for something affordable but also not garbage.

I have Burris XTR rings on mine. Works fine. I think they were $60 +/-

edit: I guess mine are the medium height ones.

I saw those at gander for 70. I grabbed weaver tactical mediums for 40. I may return them but I'll give em a try I guess.

I prefer a one piece cantilever on my AR's, a Burris PEPR mount is affordable.

I have been using the Burris P.E.P.R mounts for awhile and love them. I bought the quick detach models and love the fact that I can swap optics without having to use a wrench.
