I am finally ordering my Stag Model 6 Super Varminter.....Yay Me :)

Anyway, since this baby will shoot a very long way,I am looking for input as to wich the better bipod is.....A Versa-Pod or a Harris ??? I haven't had any experience with a Versa-Pod,but it looks like a pretty nice setup.....Thank you..!

Are you going to be shooting from a bench? I have no experience with Versa-pod, I have used Harris bipods for over 20 years and still have the first one I ever bought sitting on my 308. I have tried a few different types in the past and now I will not buy any other brand bi-pod. my 2 cents for what it is worth. I know they cost around 100 bucks but if you can afford them then that is what I would recommend.

I have Harris on my rifles, I found them on ebay. The most I paid was $65 with shipping. I dont like ebay but saving $50- $60 each I use Them.

I see Versa-pod is starting to manufacture their bipods in the US now. I bought my Harris because they've always been made here.
