I think everyone agrees that they are in bad taste. Just because you have the "right" to do something doesn't mean that it is the right thing to do.
Certainly. Nobody has ever argued that. In fact it was stated that I personally wouldn't shoot one. But what I vehemently do not agree with is telling someone "YOU CAN'T SHOOT THAT, IT OFFENDS PEOPLE!".

Because some people might be smart enough to realize it's a piece of paper? People also shoot Osama targets. Guess what? That offends people as well.
Guess what? Osama was was not a minor. He also killed quite a few people. That is an apples to oranges comparison. I'm sure the majority of the people who bought the targets shot them at their clan meeting. I would imagine the average IQ of the target buyers is around 68ish.

THIS IS NOT JUST BAD TASTE, EVERYONE KNOWS VERY WELL WHAT THOSE TARGETS MEAN.

Should it be allowed? Absolutely.
Guess what...someone shows up at in my club with that and I will take their membership (if someone else didn't before) and they will be gone. That's how insulting those targets are.

Also somebody else insults:
sold out already? Damm
Those targets should be burned and the nazi company that prints them should be persecuted, if this didn't happen already.
A culture that promotes hate cannot be entitled to reason.

Yes, destroy everything you do not agree with. Have a mentality of "I do not agree with this, therefor it should not exist."

Did you say something about Nazis?

I'm sorry your club is so closed minded.

Honestly I don't care as to why they bought the targets. I think they are stupid for doing so. And in many folks eyes Osama was a hero. Not it American eyes of course, but the point is if you are going to say somebody can't have something because you don't agree with it, you are far worse than anybody punching holes in paper.

Save your energy man. Everyone is saying how bad and offended they feel about this but they keep coming.
This situation is affecting a lot of good and responsible firearm owners all over. And now he wants to compare those targets with Osama and Ronal McDonall to see if that way putting some senseless technical spin to this we can evade the importance to what those specific targets really mean to a lot of people right here right now.

No pictures of any people allowed at the range. That is the rule. End of the story.

If you just think this is about punching holes on paper then take a few of those targets and go sell them downtown in the streets. Then if that works well for you go and sell some of those Osama's in Falujah and tell us how that goes too. They are just paper right? Folks will love them as soon as the price is right.

You have alot to learn! There are photo targets you do not have the right to shoot. You might want to look up nys laws on the subject. I believe photo realistic targets are illegal here.

"I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

I have a feeling you have not ever defended anything (other than on the internet). If you want to defend rights in real life go enlist!
