He murdered a teacher and raped a 9 year old girl after the state released him back into the world for "pre-trial probation." He was brought up on child pornography charges.

I actually talked to him once. Seemed like a nice guy. He worked at the Wegmans on James St.

we can only hope that the poor little girl is not ruined for life by this horrific experience, and that the mother is resting in peace watching over her little girl and helping her through life.
we can also hope that this monster is repeatedly raped and beaten daily in prison and dies a slow,agonizing, painful death.

Ugh... Let's get our FACTS straight...
He kidnapped a school librarian and her 10 year old daughter at knifepoint in a mall parking lot at 9:00 PM. He drove them in their car to a secluded part of the parking lot, bound the mom, raped the daughter. Then drove them to a secluded part of town where he stabbed the mom to death. The daughter managed to escape.
He was on pre-trial probation on FEDERAL charges for possessing a large amount of child pornography, and was ordered to wear a GPS ankle bracelet that he disabled in order to commit the aforementioned crimes above.
While being held in jail on the kidnapping/rape/murder charges, he was assaulted by some inmates - and is now in protective custody.
The 10 yr old will undoubtedly bear this cross for the rest of her life. As far as I know, she was adopted from overseas - and her mom who was killed here was single, so no father in the picture.
Just terrible beyond comprehension.

He won't make it long in prison seeing how he got his ass beat on his first day in local jail.

Relax man, I think I got the basic gist across.
I confused the 9 year old (not sure how old she is now) that was claiming she was raped (by him when he was 15) after this incident.

He removed his ankle bracelet and then did this. Good, if there is one thing I always say it is that the free society should be a testing ground for wether or not a convicted felon acts poorly again. Don't keep them in jail, no, give them probation, house arrest, all that other good stuff to get them back in society. That's the only way we can see if they are fit.
