I have a Taurus judge 3" magnum revolver and twice I have had issues with it.
It seems like it gums up after shooting over 30 rounds in it at a time.
I think it overheats because I don't have trouble pulling the hammer back after a while. I found some brass fragments embedded in the outside of some brass casings. They look like tiny circular discs probably from staying in there when the newer cartridge is fired and is pancaked between the cylinder and the casing.
I was shooting Federal 45 Colt through it.
Any ideas on what would cause this?
