So where exactly did I say or imply anything about anybody rolling over and doing nothing or anything about not staying positive? I don't think its cool that those vets lost their legs.Already new what it was from the title. 9gag. xD
Rolling over and doing nothing after such an injury or staying positive? Seems cool to me. [/COLOR]
obviously, what I meant is that it's cool that people are going out of there way to help these brave young men. It's also cool that these men have not given up or given in.So where exactly did I say or imply anything about anybody rolling over and doing nothing or anything about not staying positive? Yes of course, I got that from the beginning. Comment that you quoted was not directed at you or your thread.obviously, what I meant is that it's cool that people are going out of there way to help these brave young men. It's also cool that these men have not given up or given in.
no one is implying that the severe injuries these young men have sustained is in any way "cool" . Their attitudes and mental toughness IS COOL.
You asked how it was "cool." It's cool that after such an injury they guys are back to shooting. If this thread was called "Look what happened to some war vets after they stepped on a roadside IED" then "cool" would not have been an appropriate response.Yes of course, I got that from the beginning. This Is My Peace Symbol Bumper Sticker from Zazzle.comI like the 4th picture down. I'd like to find the sticker on the back of that wheelchair!
