I would rather only speak for shotgun. I learned how to shoot trap up there many years ago. Generally I have found it fairly easy to get in a few rounds of trap. Some days though it can be pretty busy. There are no lights for evening shooting and there is some friction with local homeowners who built recently. The skill level of shooters varies greatly. The range officers do their best to squad shooters with like levels of skill on the same squad. Equipment seems reasonably good for this neck of the woods but I have heard from experienced shooters that sometimes the machines are not adjusted right. (Not sure what this means). Surroundings are really nice and the trap and skeet fields were rebuilt a few years ago. i have been told (don't know how true) that trap and skeet are the big money makers for the county. This facility has a lot of potential but with county park dept politics it is hard to get much done. Anyway it is nice to have a public facility open to all at a moderate cost per round. My experience here has always been positive even if it isn't the fanciest place.
