You are looking at a almost new (2010) Specialized Secteur Sport, women's, Medium (52). Bought bike for my wife and she only road 5 miles one time and never got back on bike. Grips were changed to pink at time of purchase as well as two cages added. Bike has been sitting in my basement so a little dusty but a great bike.
