Hello,

So I have a few questions that someone might be able to help me with....I know we are all trying to figure this out.

1. My ruger 10/22 with the regular stock is fine...but since I have a cheap tapco pistol grip stock on it , it is considered a assault weapon that needs to be registered????

2. Can I go out of state and buy a rifle banned in NY?We all have a year to register it right?
3. Is Kel-tel sub 2000 still legal in NY?
4. Is the high point carbine still legal in NY?
5.is the baretta CX4 storm carbine still legal in NY?
