You can? The inside of that thing looks like a super computer. There are a lot of switches but all labeled in Japanese.

Yea there is a certain combo you do inside. I know the key hole on the box inside you can put something in it to turn it just enough then the black button is used to change the probability. I think it shows what its set at on the coin display on outside.
