I recently picked up a ruger lcr and i noticed something really odd in comparison to my glock 19 and the lcr. despite having about 2500 rounds through the glock and it being a lower recoil gun I am getting a faster sight picture with the short little snubbie with only 100 rounds into it and no prior revolver experience.

Is this a sign I am doing something wrong with autos or is it because of the shorter sight radius and/or the fact that the sights dont move?

My only other thought is maybe the grip angle on the revolver is just much more natural to me and i bring back to center faster making for less time finding my front sight.
