Not sure if this is the correct place for this topic but here goes
Im in the process of working with the owner of my range to shoot frangilble 223 ammo
Anyone belong to an indoor range (short distance) 75' or so that allows 223 frangilble only ammo to be used?
If so what type of backstop etc.
What brand of ammo has the best consistency for your AR
Sorry to get into a multi topic but it all seems to play a part

I dont know much about it, so i'm not going to be much help, but isnt that the purpose of frangible ammo? So that it doesnt penetrate further than desired? Or is the fragmentation dangerous at close quarters. I'm trying to figure out why it would be a problem at a range?
