Pre-Ban is OK for NYS...just make sure your selling it with Pre-ban magazines as well if they are over 10rnds capacity.

I was entertaining the thought of selling a NYS registered preban Calico semi auto pistol.
Is it legal to sell it to a NY resident,or will it only be for sale out of NY state ?
I did some searching here,but couldn't find a concrete answer.

Thanks.I have two 50 rounds mags and was wondering about that too.Calico doesn't offer a 10 round mag for any of their firearms.I want to keep it in NY.
50-rounders are ok in NY as long as they're pre-ban.
