I bought a S&W 642 Airweight 38 + P awhile ago and like it for a small pocket carry gun, I have a Blackhawk pocket sleve and a Uncle Mike's pocket sleve for it. How do you guy's like the 642 compared to other light weight compact pocke revolvers? I personally don't like the Ruger LCR, LCP or the LC9. What holsters are you useing for the 642? I would like to get a decent holster for the 642.

I put crimson trace grips and carry in a elite survival in the pocket holster, carries great
As a small compact carry gun I prefer this 642 over my Kahr PM9 for pocket carry. For serious carry I take my Colt 1911 Combat Commander or My Rossi 971 - 357 mag. Tomorrow we are going to do some shooting up in the mountains, a friend just bought a Remington 870 and a clay pigeon thrower from Cabelas that he wants to shoot. We'll be taking a few handguns to shoot as well. Last time we went to this spot shooting I picked up a few hundred 9mm, 45acp & 223 empty caseings. There is probably a couple of pickup truck loads of shotgun shells there. We never go there on the weekends, way to many people there for safety reasons.
