Researching NYS gun laws
I'm a longtime member that moved out of NY to TN in 2018. I had honestly forgot about this account until a google search brought me back to the site. Since my last post in 2019 I formed an LLC for my firearms training and now I also have my FFL with the NFA Dealers tax Stamp.
I still have friends and Family in NY that want to purchase some items so I have to be sure anything I sell is NYS compliant and can be shipped to NY. So far TN is a totally free state but with the current administration it's hard to say for how long.
