Thinking about replacing my handguard and putting on a low profile gas block on my RRA Elite Operator. The muzzlebreak isn't pinned, so that should make it easier. Just curious on what a fair price would be to swap them out? Any help is appreciated.

Welp you'd have to decide what you want for a handguard. There are TONS of options

Then the expensive part, what hand guard/rail do you want to run. Smoooth? railed?

Also already purchased a Troy low profile gas block.

Perhaps I wasn't clear. I'm wondering what a reasonable price would be to have a gunsmith swap everything out for me? Just looking for a labor cost.

if so, the swap should be $35-50 bucks depending on how they charge.
