Hate to bring back an old dead thread but a local gunshop here in Rochester has 3 11-87 police shotguns with pistol grip stocks and mag extensions for a little over $450 a peice. I was looking at getting one but am confused about the legality of them. If it is illegal to have both the stock and mag tube ext. how were they shipped to him and how can they be for sale?

As an FFL I believe he can possess banned items, he just can't sell them to non LEOs.
