Reloder 19 and .308Win

In the burning charts is a slow powder right between H4350 and the slower rmagnum powders.
But not a lot slower that reloader 17. Burn Rate
It seems too slow but if you find some heavy bullets and have a long enought barrel might be able to
run some compressed loads with some success. I would try to find a starting load from somewhere and
see what you get. If you have a short barrel then better not even try.
Did you ever shot some 180 or 200 grains from the .308w? Might be able to do some decent hunting loads
for heavy game.
I am not familiar with RL19 so I am thinking out loud here.

I shoot 168gr bullets and have a 24" barrel. However I also load for a friend who uses a 21" barrel. Probably should just try and return it. Any suggestions on a good .308 powder that might be in stock at Beikirchs (ie not Varget)?
The 24" might get some acceptable speed but the 21" most likely will not burn the load completely.

Many powders before Ramshot big game (this included) could be used.... Burn Rate
Make a list of the loads you want and look in the manufactures data. This should give you a decent starting list of options.

Took it back and got some Reloder 15 in exchange. Which is weird since they were out of that not 16 hours ago. I'm pretty sure the guy I was working with didn't give two ****s about what I needed and just grabbed whatever was close.

At any rate, Reloder 15 will be ideal as it fills less of the case than Varget, and I can use it with 22-250 as well.
Great. I am glad you were able to sort that one out.
