any one get their "assault weapon" confirmation back. As I stated in a post a few months ago I did register my "evil" hi-point carbine on 4/16/14 for two reasons... I cannot convert this "bad ass" weapon to be NY compliant weapon and I love it as a take to the range and have fun carbine. If I can't shoot it what good is it and I am not a young man and can not wait till this law gets overturned, and I seriously doubt if it ever will... so beat me up if you will but I did get a letter from the NYS Police on 8/7/14 that it was accepted. So it took almost four months to process and what does that say about their system.... If they want to come and take it they can have it.. (maybe) but at least I can take it to the range without worrying if the Gestapo is going to bust me....or maybe they will anyway... and nothing for nothing, even if Cuomo is ousted nothing will change...politics are politics and they all talk the talk.........

If you stay home and don't vote to change anything then yes politics will stay as they are but if you vote to change then it will but you have to be involved or nothing changes ! It's up to you to control your future !

A lot of guys have gotten them already. It's funny when you go to the range now nobody looks twice at any rifle and nobody asks if they are registered. Almost like SAFE never happened. Even at the county owned range no one cares what you have. Even preban features are not even scrutinized like they used to be.
