Refused 4 Permit Photos at Walmart

No one is going to believe this, but, last week the local Walmart wouldn't give me 4 passport photos, so I just got 2 photos. I went back yesterday for 2 more copies of the original photos and they wouldn't do it. Walmart even refused to do 2 new passort photos I needed for my permit application.. The clerk said something like " Because of 9/11 we aren't allowed to give out 4 photos or or even 2 copies." I couldn't believe it. I went to the other Walmart in town and got 2 new photos for my application.

Has anyone experienced similar treatment?

_____ wally world!!
You need a passport?? What's a passport photo? I don't have a passport. I don't travel!! What the hell??
Go to Wallgreens

They do it and will even let you pick from a few shots so you don't end up stuck forever with that driver's~licence~dumbass look on X official document.

Conversely, if you've a digital camera, printer and phot paper, find the dimensions neccisary, take a shot in front of a white background and **** out as many as you like for little to nothing.
Mabe he's skinning an avatar :)
The passport photos are for the pistol permit application, I have to get mine taken too when I apply.
NYS should just ban passports. They have sharp corners. They are a danger to all our children.

Ban passports and only criminals will have passports.
It's Barrys fault.
Walgreens did mine. The 9/11 thing as another, what I have come to term as "On The Spot Wal*Mart Lie." We've ALL dealt with plenty of them. Don't know the answer to a question? Don't know the actual law or store policy? Want to seem smarter than the peasant customers? Simple! MAKE SOMETHING UP! Where to start for me?:

"The can/bottle recycler machine guy is gone for the evening."- I go back to the machines and he is there, and would be for many more hours.

"No ammo can be sold after 10PM!"- I bought ammo later around 11:30.

"You can only turn in $10 worth of bottle and can return receipts in a day."- I returned $30 at once.

"It is a state law to require a pistol permit for ammo, not just us."- LMFAO obviously not true.

"It is a state law that says you must be 17 to buy an M-rated video game."- LMFAO, no.

"We can't open the registers to give change, but if someone has theirs open for another customer, they will."- I went to the next register, with a customer doing just that, they said GTFO.

"State law requires all parties in a purchase to have ID when buying AMMO."- LMFAO, no.

The list could go on and on. Lot's of "I'm too lazy to do any real work, so I'm going to lie to your face."

Yeah! didn't know you could do college and still have two jobs and be an expert firearms associate at such great facilities.

...come to Walmart everyone, we offer everything cheap made in china while over the years we lower the living standards and
destroy the american dream.
Thats funny because although i got mine done elsewhere, I did ask at the walmart here in Fulton and he had no problem with it whatsoever he even asked "Is this for a pistol permit"? I ended up at Kinney drugs because i had already taken my own photo and just needed it processed. Walmart will take your passport photo but you can't print your own out at their self-serve machine, they don't go that small.

Oh and $9 for 4 small photos is crazy :hissyfit:
Sounds like you found one dope that works there and has no clue. I would have asked to speak with the manager.
god i hope not
Why not? It isn't for an actual passport they are just passport sized, the instructions say to ask for passport photos to be taken and then hand in 2 sets of passport sized photos, along with 110 dollars, and they take those, the application and then your fingerprints and then you wait a few months for the permit, that is how my counties application process works.

Because you seem to be one of the lesser intelligent human species. Your response proved it further.
Go somewhere else. Problem solved. It's not like Walmart has a monopoly on the ID photo market.
