They are the best!! After reading the thread about gun belts I decided to try one of Hanks Amish belts. I ordered one a size bigger as suggested from the reviews. To my dismay it was still a little small with a IWB holster. So per the instructions on the web site I packed it back up to send out.
Sent the package on Wednesday. Received an email from Hanks on Thursday that my replacement had been shipped, and had my new belt Friday (today). And no cost shipping back to me. That is the fastest and best customer service that I have received in a very long time if not ever. They have a lifetime customer!!!
