If anyone knows, Is it legal to sell/ship pre-ban hi-cap mags to a Massachusetts buyer like it is to ship them to someone in NY State? Thx.

i would be careful with that because anti-gun massachusetts liberal mitt romney did a number on that state. i wouldn't trust anything with that state after he got his hands on it.

In addition to the mags being pre ban, the MA buyer would have to have a LTC (license to carry firearm) Class A. Which covers "assault weapons" and high cap mags.

A LTC Class B does not meet the requirement.
