I can't tell you how well they function as I have no personal experience with them, but the answer to your question of existence is yes. A company called Eagle produced 17 round magazines for the 92 prior to the ban.
I can't speak for ram line but I can speak for the eagles. They are pretty cheaply made, but they are also cheap to buy. They are light sheet metal, but they are functional enough for fun. I wouldn't use one in a carry gun myself.
My buddy has a couple 32 round mags for his 92. I don't know who they are made by there is nothing on them. But they pretty much suck, weak springs and a lot of fail to feed and jam problems. He don't use them much because of all the problems with them.
