So what is the going rate on a post ban? Non adjustable stock, little use. What are the restrictions. not looking for evil features.

Well if your looking for something like this I have $865 into it. It's all armalite. 20" A2 upper, HBAR barrel chrome lined and is a post ban upper so no mods needed.

I would say for Less then 800 you can have a nice basic rifle either A2 or flat top with your choice of barrel length depending on what you wanna do. For 1000 or less you should be able to get something like I have there with a decent optic to get ya started for some longer range stuff.

On sale I have seen them as low as $650 up to $800 for the nicer Armalite as shown...

This can easily get more expensive than an off the shelf functional rifle (you can get a stag for 800 easily). enjoy the process and ask any questions you want!

How do you build one of these w/o violating all the NY ban stuff. For example..... the removable flash hider?
