ok so i tryed asking on another forum not many answers. i am still waiting for my permit in greene county from what i hear they issue restricted. i am looking to move to ulster after i get my permit ive been waiting over six months now so it should be soon my question is if i move to ulster county will the restrictions stick and if so what judge do i see to have them removed bc the greene judge says after a year u can write a letter and he will consider. or will it be the ulster judge?
