Here it is, my first handgun: my late-2011 manufactured Gen3 Glock 19.

I bought this in Syracuse at the fall arms fair. I originally went in looking for a CZ-75b or a variant of such, but ended up walking out with this. I put some deep thought into it and realized that there really isn't much CZ support here in upstate NY, whereas Glock armorers, pre-ban mags, and a ludicrous amount of aftermarket parts are plentiful. An extended magazine release and slide stop will be put on it shortly, followed by a pair of Warren Tactical tritium night sights, and at some point in the future, a Crimson Trace Lasergrip.

I only hope that it doesn't start pelting me in the face later on, and if it does, there's a definite fix for it. But so far, I love it.

I drank the kool-aid; was going to buy an M&P 9 to go along with my M&P 45 and 40c, but I liked really liked this one. My first Glock ever; hoping to add it to my permit this week and to get it this weekend.
