Should be easy enough to google the name of the state and the words concealed carry permit. That'll probably bring up the issuing agency's website where you can look up the process for non-resident permits.

Some states require you to go there, others don't.

I have NY, PA, AZ, and FL.

PA is $20 and only requires an unrestricted* permit from your home state.
AZ is $60 and requires basic training such as a hunters safety course or NRA basic pistol (Full list here, see section N)
FL is $117 and requires basic training similar to that of AZ (Full list here, see section H)

PA gains you a few states. AZ and FL each gain a significant number of states. FL CWFL is the only way for a NY resident to get into FL. AZ gives you Nevada while FL does not. FL gives you OH while AZ does not.

UT is, or at least was, also a popular non-resident state. They require UT-specific training and don't gain you much over AZ and FL.

I really need to take the time to create a detailed thread for this that we can direct people to. There's a lot of info available here but it's spread out all over the place.
