Hello. I'm new here just now. I submitted my permit application last week and am waiting to see it be approved and how long it will take. Being a perpetual pessimist I am trying to keep an optimistic outlook concerning the process.
Even though it's a long process no matter what county you are in, it is well worth wait. God forbid you are put in a situation where drawing your pistol could save your life, waiting 3-18 months (again depending on your county) is nothing.
