Nope mine came in mail. My brothers came today too same as when we got our NY we got them on same day

infantryvet- if i remember correctly it doesnt matter where they are from. when i did mine one of my references lived in long island, unless its changed in the last couple years.

Mckean county is cash and carry. Unrestricted NY permit plus ID plus $20ish and you're walking out with a nice laminated ID inside of 20 minutes.

when did this happen? I lived in pike county and i had to have two references.

I stand corrected. I just looked at the application and it does require 2 references. My Bad!
