You know all they have to say is he/they were trying to run them/him over,and then its a legal shooting.Im sure thats what he will be saying if no gun found!The laws are crazy sometimes,if you hit a cop car with yours its a major offense,but if they hit you (pit-maneuver) its called a tactical move...

You know I was being sarcastic.

You have a gun do you plan on shooting up schools? Moviegoers?

In fact, there is no allegation that the suspects were trying to run over the off-duty.

And there is also no mention of them having a gun. They did not.

Despite that, given ALL the facts of the incident, it was a justified use of force.

So why does an average person go on trial for the same thing (shooting a non-armed) in national news lately?BTW when one was found guilty of murder....
