www.nytimes.com/2014/08/30/nyregion/handshakes-and-hugs-hallmarks-of-the-stump-are-rare-with-cuomo.html

While some politicians feed off handshakes, hugs and high-fives, Mr. Cuomo seems to avoid them. When he speaks to an audience, listeners are rarely invited to speak to him. And when he finishes, he tends to leave immediately, often ducking quickly behind a curtain hung for the occasion, then out the door....

...On a June visit to a fifth-grade class in Peekskill, in Westchester County, he never ventured more than a few steps into the classroom. He stood rigidly, suit jacket buttoned and hands clasped, and his chitchat with the class - he asked at one point about the Buffalo Bills, drawing blank stares - lasted only five minutes.
On its own, I really couldn't care less if he does this BS, but in light of all the other traits of his we've seen over the years - the corruption, the power grabs, intimidation, political grandstanding, etc...this piece of the puzzle is just one part of a very disturbing overall picture. It is now clear- the man is a genuine psychopath of a high order. He believes he is the king, and we are the peasants. He does not believe in rights, or even democracy or his constituents. He believes in himself. And that is all.
