IMO, NYSP, testing the waters with this post to see how we reply.

I'd say we passed: Told the OP to shut up and lawyer up.

Hughes, I read Evil's post "NYSP was testing the waters to see how a test subject might react to...." Kinda like the guy (someone remind the case that Tresmond took up) in Buffalo where he got a letter saying to turn in all his pistols because of the meds he was on, and then the NYSP said, "Oh sorry, Different guy, same name. Nothing to see here, move along."

Nuff' said. His misdemeanor and the circumstances surrounding it are his business. Lets let him decide if he wants to divulge the details. Until then, he is entitled to privacy.
