She along with Astorino wants to debate komo..of course with his poll numbers he (komo) has a lot to lose during a debate. So his group says they will not debate either one. The Democrats could challenge this court decision, if they do challenge and further refuse to debate..I would take this as a "War On Women" by the Democrats.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo failed to keep challenger Zephyr Teachout off the Democratic primary ballot.

Cuomo’s campaign sued July 22 in New York Supreme Court in Brooklyn challenging the Vermont native’s New York residency. New York gubernatorial candidates must live in the state for at least five years to be allowed on the ballot. A judge ruled today that Teachout lived in the state long enough to be listed as a candidate for the Sept. 9 primary.

“There wasn’t supposed to be a primary in Andrew Cuomo’s New York,” Teachout said in an e-mailed statement. “Game on.”

Looking forward to seeing Cuomo fighting on 2 fronts. My guess is that many of the folks that get pissed if he beats Teachout (especially by using the standard Democrat "dirty tricks" playbook) will just stay home in November rather than vote for his sorry ass.
