In 11 days we will go to the polls in what will almost surely be the most important election of our lifetimes.* We all know that a second term for President Barack Obama would threaten the rights of gun owners in numerous, far-reaching ways.* In last Tuesday's presidential debate, President Obama said that he supported a ban on "assault weapons" and implied that he supports restrictions on "cheap handguns" too.* The biggest threat, however, would be his potential appointments to the Supreme Court.
