Today, the Louisiana House of Representatives*voted 77 to 22 to pass Senate Bill 303, a constitutional amendment protecting the right to keep and bear arms.* SB 303 had already passed in the state Senate, two House committees and has been endorsed by Governor Bobby Jindal.* This legislation, which provides for a right to keep and bear arms constitutional amendment, now goes back to the Senate for its concurrence which will take place as early as Tuesday.
