New Purchase
So I went to the Hamburg Gun show today.....Was originally looking for a Mosin...well none of the ones that I saw stood out and called to me...
HOWEVER, while walking through a Russian SKS caught my eye and I kept comming back to it over an hr....I eventually broke down and bought it, then got some clips, then got some ammo, then went to the range and fired it off. God I love this gun, we were ment to be together. It was about 90% matching serials, really good condition, and just under $600.
Then in a strange twist of fate. My GF who is not the biggest gun fan, and has only shot a gun once in her life at the Niagara Gun Range a few weeks ago(Berreta CSX Storm), decided that she didnt want to be left out of the fun, and when I was at Cabela's buying some ammo and a cleaning kit, decided to buy herself a Ruger 10/22 Takedown!!! So thats her first rifle.....really caught me off guard.
So we both got a gun today, both had fun firing it off, and the day ended well.
