Hello All,

I'm a 3rd year Photojournalism Student at RIT. I have some Rifle and Shotgun knowledge but always want to learn more. I'm not a gun owner currently but am thinking of buying an AR-7 (price point, .22, and mobility). I agree that everyone should know how to use a firearm. I really enjoy shooting. I am interested in learning more about firearms and the enthusiasts who love them.

There are a group of college students who live in the Rochester area that shoot. Its a multi campus organization but the majority of members are RIT students ( I am a 2012 alumni. Jeff, the admin is also an alumni). If you are interested in finding other like minded college students check out the Rochester Area Collegiate Firearms Club (RACFC). They are primarily on FB but there are a few posts on here about them.
