load date will be the same, just adjust you COL

measure the length of the bullet in the date than measure what you are using and add the difference to your oal start at 10% below the minimum load and load a few, check for high pressure and work it up to what you want.. Reloading date is not set in stone, they are guides. COL should be determined by what works best in your gun or fits in your mag. What works for brand X might not work for brand Y etc....

If you're a member of AmmoGuide, here's a good recipe to start with. If not, you probably should be, but he's using 115gr Montana Gold and Hornady 35557 bullets with 4.1gr IMR 700x with a COAL of 1.115. IMR advertises a 4.7gr load with Remington JHPs @ 1.11" COAL, so it looks like you'd have some wiggle room.
If we knew what specific bullet you were using, it may help, too. They do tend to vary a bit from one brand to another.
