Once again, to the surprise of nobody, the US government loses track of weapons it supplied to a group of foreign fighters.

It would be less likely for these weapons to be used to kill Americans (or foreign civilians) if they had been distributed through gun stores to the US civilian population. Does anyone think we'll hear a peep about this from the intellectually bankrupt anti-gun groups in this country?
