What's the average time to get a Monroe County semi auto rifle license as well as a pistol license to carry and possess. I see they don't have any 2023 carry classes. Can I take the class elsewhere and use it for this County? What's the fee?

I would contact Firearms Training of Western NY. He offered the training class but I’m not sure if he’s certified for Monroe county. I know rochester personal defense is offering it. The class isn’t cheap and I’ve seen it for around $400 to $550.
As for the timeframe for approvals with so much that has changed recently I’m not sure anyone can tell accurately. Good luck.
