Tom711, TargetsportsUSA in Connecticut delivers right to my door. I emailed them twice about the law change but have not received a response. My advice is to order as much as you can right now and if you are near another state like PA., go there and buy it. No ID required. Hopefully with the lawsuits against hochul, this will all go away. Obviously she is targeting the wrong people, as she needs to look at her no cash bail debacle and start punishing the people who really commit the crimes. This whole "Gun Bill" is her childish response to the SCOTUS ruling. She doesn't like it so she punishes us. On the flip side, she will pay for baby killing - but that is another subject for another time. I am almost at the point where I can finally leave this socialist dictatorship state and move to a free state. Sorry for the long post. So, what is the latest? If I buy ammo online does it have to ship to an ffl or not? Google seems to provide many different answers. Thanks for the help!
That's nothing new. That's been the law for 2 years. Where you guys been?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Been that way for 2 years LOL That's why I have been shipping ammo to my dealers. What planet have you been living on?!?!?!?!?!?!No it hasn't. The law changes on September 1st that you will no longer be able to have ammo shipped to your door, it will have to go through an FFL. This has not been the case in the past
That was in the original Safe Act that Commandant Cuomo rammed through in 2013; However, that particular piece of the act was rescinded three years later. This new "law" hochul is implementing reinstates the no online ammo orders. Below is the notice of suspending the ORIGINAL 2013 Safe Act ban for online ammo orders.Been that way for 2 years LOL That's why I have been shipping ammo to my dealers. Yes, I mentioned that above. hochul is reinstating the no online ammo purchases. Luckily I live very close to another state so I can just drive there (where people are free) to buy ammo. Not as convenient as having it delivered to my front door, but better than paying a fee to a FFL for receiving my ammo..That MOU with the then Republican controlled Senate has been repealed by the 9/1/22 law.
