Thought it may be interesting to see what loads you guys are running in your muzzle loaders, and what kind of groups you are seeing with them. Share away!

For my Encore, I am currently using 250 grain TC Shockwaves with 70 grains of Blackhorn 209 powder (equivalent to 100 grains of black powder) and Federal Shotgun primers. That combo has given me a slightly over 1" group at 100 yards off of a lead sled. I am just starting to play around with the combo, and Im hoping to achieve MOA at 100 yards with it. Im not too far off already.

Are you using loose or pellets?
Pellets.

I used to measure it out but now I bowhunt almost all of gun season, and when I have shot deer with my muzzleloader they've been as close as 15 yards. So it's out of convenience that I do it.

My buddy with a Savage ML-II on the other hand has done a lot of load development and shoots incredible groups.
