Yes, it is legal on a Pre-ban mag.
Legality of handgun magazine extensions?
My question is...Is it legal to put a round increasing extension on a preban magazine? Like a pearce +2 on a glock magazine. It would seem to me that since the magazine is an original preban which is not subject to a capacity limit that the extension would just be considered a huge floor plate. Am is right in this thinking or is there some hidden loophole law that can screw me?
